Field Service: 

For large industrial compressed air systems and heavy machinery or equipment you can’t bring to Rideout Tool & Machine for service or repair, we will bring our service technicians to you.

• Rideout Tool & Machine employs full-time Mobile Field Service Technicians with expertise in Atlas Copco compressor and machinery or equipment installation and start-up and routine maintenance.
• Rideout Tool & Machine also offers maintenance plan agreements for large machinery and compressed air equipment for regular inspection, routine and preventive maintentance to protect your equipment and avoid costly unexpected downtime.
• Fully mobile and equipped with all necessary parts and tools, they are also available after-hours when shut-downs during operating hours are not an option.

Service Department:

At Rideout Tool & Machine We Service What We Sell and are proud of the technical expertise our staff have to offer. Founded as a service-oriented operation, we operate a fully staffed and equipped parts and service department to assist you.

• A mechanical repair shop for tools and machinery
• An electrical repair shop for control equipment, inverter drives and test equipment.
• Calibration for all electrical, electronic and pressure testing instruments and gages, as well as test certificates for test equipment and lifting tools.
• We are the Authorized Service Centre (ASC) for all our major suppliers.
